Making Plans: A year in review
An online workshop for anyone who is ready to close out 2026 with clarity and step into 2027 with intention.
It’s easy to drift in your the new year. The days fill with doing, quoting, delivering, replying, and the bigger picture slips quietly to the bottom of the list. Before you know it, another year has passed.
Yet taking just one hour to pause, reflect and plan can change everything.
This session gives you that hour and a clear way to use it. Using a proven annual review framework (I do this every year) we’ll look back honestly at the year that was, then look forward with purpose. It’s not about chasing goals that don’t fit your life. It’s about seeing your business more clearly so the next twelve months feel deliberate rather than reactive.
In this session you’ll:
Review what worked (and what didn’t). Celebrate the wins you may have rushed past, and name what drained your time, energy or money.
Reset or refresh your business vision and key metrics. Reconnect with why you started and decide which few numbers actually matter.
Create a simple, actionable plan for the next 12 months. Turn reflection into priorities you can act on, broken into manageable quarters.
Use a clear tool that keeps you on track so your plan doesn’t fade away by February.

Get a head start
Before we meet, set aside a quiet moment to reflect on 2026. Upon booking, you will receive a reflective toolkit where you can consider:
What are you most proud of this year?
What took more of your energy than it deserved?
Which clients, projects or offers felt most aligned?
What did you learn about yourself as a business owner?
If 2027 went really well, what would be different?
Bring your notes along. You’ll get more from the session, and you may be surprised by what you’ve already achieved.
About your facilitator
Davina Bambrick is a qualified trainer (Cert IV in Training and Assessment) with a background in commercial business and brand strategy. She works with small businesses across regional NSW and South East Queensland, helping them see themselves more clearly through photography, mentoring and workshops.
Why this workshop is important to me
As someone running life in two businesses (photography + business-consulting), I know how easy it is to get pulled into busyness and lose sight of purpose. Having used this framework myself, I’ve seen the difference a structured annual review and planning tool makes, not just ticking a box, but shaping clarity and progress. I’m passionate about helping regional entrepreneurs and start-ups gain that same clarity.
