what is your returns policy

All purchases of photograph prints are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges of prints for change of mind.

If your print has arrived damaged, please notify us within 7 days by emailing hello@davinajbambrick.com.au. Please make sure to open your parcel before the 7 days. Please keep all original packaging and the wrapping around the print. We will ask for proof of damage by sending us a photograph, so that we can process your claim.

what is your shipping policy?

Shipping of prints is only within Australia at this time.

All parcels will be sent via Australia Post and they will be registered with a tracking number.

how are the prints packaged?

You will receive high-res images in JPEG format which are optimised for social media / web use. Images are sent via Google Drive.

do you sell gift cards?

Yes - gift cards can be purchased via the shop. They are valid for 12 months and are redeemable using the code that you will receive with your digital receipt.
