Licence Fees

The standard use of the images (digital) are included in the rates (refer Option A), however there are additional fees associated for more broad use.  Licensing fees are as follows.

Summary of rates: Option A included in standard rate. Option B is 50% and Option C is 100% of the shoot value.

Option A included in Schedule A

This covers the digital license This includes all social media, Website, email Marketing. Internal Use, this includes internal print (brochure, newsletter, training materials & collateral), Internal digital (intranet, email, video, presentations) Internal (wall decor and display).

Option B Partial Licensing : this includes the advertising and digital licensing, with the right for you to use the images in perpetuity.

Social Media Ad - (paid advertising)

  • Digital ad - within an app, website, or other software, includes banner (use of images for ads on social media platforms not included)

  • Printed ad - Magazine or newspaper (paid advertising)

  • Printed ad - Programme at sporting or entertaining event (paid advertising)

  • Display - Billboard or mural (including electronic billboards)

  • Display - Point on sale (includes internal print and electronic use including in store displays, banners and table displays)

  • Display - non point of sale (includes outdoor print and electronic paid advertising such as transit, wall space, bulletins, posters and cinema screen advertising)

  • TV commercial

  • Advertorial - Editorial style article (print or digital) intended to promote the product or service

Option C Unlimited: this includes the publishing & marketing (plus digital & advertising) licensing and rights for yourself, with the right for you to use the images in perpetuity

Publishing or Editorial. This includes:

  • Retail book cover (print & electronic)

  • Textbook cover (print & electronic)

  • Retail book interior (print & electronic)

  • Textbook interior (print & electronic)

  • Electronic bookEditorial Magazine cover (no advertising, promotion or commercial use allowed)

  • Editorial - Magazine interior (no advertising, promotion or commercial use allowed)

  • Editorial - Newspaper (no advertising, promotion or commercial use allowed)

  • Editorial - Electronic (no advertising, promotion or commercial use allowed)

OPTION C

Marketing and Promotional Collateral. This includes:

  • Brochure and direct mail (brochures, direct mail pieces, envelopes, sales catalogs, folders and pamphlets)

  • Single sheet and postcard (postcard mailers, coupons, corporate stationery, flyers)

  • Corporate financial or business reports (annual reports, quarterly reports etc distributed externally to investors or shareholders)

  • External presentation or report (electronic / digital printed material shows or distributed as part of a presentation)

  • Sales give-away (usually complimentary given to customers and sales prospects, T-shirts, mousepads, coffee mugs and all other promotional goods)

  • Newsletter, press collateral and event programmes (used in newsletter, press collateral and event programmes)

  • Sales CD, DVD and video (promotional CD, DVD or video sent to customers or sale prospects)

  • Travel brochure, covers and interiors of publications
